Our 2025 Carnival Glass Convention will be Wednesday, June 11 through Saturday, June 14.

2025 AMERICAN CARNIVAL GLASS CONVENTION (Tentative Schedule)
Wednesday, June 11th:
Check-in - 3:00 PM
Ice Cream Social – 7 PM (Banquet Room)
Thursday, June 12th
9:30 AM – Board Meeting (outside hallway of Banquet Room)
10:30 AM – Welcome & Announce Nominating Committee*
12:30 – Lunch provided by club in the Banquet Room
After lunch: Time to visit, take in the sights of Berlin or just relax
4:00 PM – Business Meeting
5:30 PM – Pizza & Salad Bar in Banquet Room
7:00 PM – Trivia/Prizes – Lane Booker
Friday, June 13th
10:00 AM – Seminar by Samantha Kosinski
NOTE: For those who have a room display, please be available in your room for people to view your display between 11 & 12:30. Voting ballets are in your folder & need to be turned in by 4:00 PM at the latest in Banquet Room.
Lunch – On your own
3:00 to 4:30 PM – Preview of glass (this time may be updated)
5:00 PM – Banquet dinner at Berlin Farmstead, across the street from hotel
6:30 PM – Awards presentations, swearing in of officers, club auction and Banquet Seminar by “Coral & Big Fish” – Talking about their many adventures with their humans, Kathi & Galen.
Saturday, June 14th
8:00 AM – Auction Preview
9:30 AM – Auction. Lunch provided by Matthew Wroda Auctions
